Photograph of a 2nd generation S.C.A.R.E. response truck from around 1982. Unlike FORMA units of a similar appearance, these units were outfitted with a much more robust cryogenics system, as their primary purpose was to deliver as total an arrest as possible to any and all spiritual activity. 

To accomplish this, two external LN cannons were placed on the top of the vehicle, while the interior contained a full complement of tools and equipment needed for a variety of Phantivore/Demon dispersal situations.
